Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a piece of liquid history: a limited edition bourbon hand-crafted from a maximum of 45 barrels of whiskey aged for at least nine years in the best locations its distillery has to offer. Long ago migrating herds of buffalo carved a path, or trace, through the wilderness of North America and up to the banks of the Kentucky River. During the 1770s, pioneers followed their trail and established a settlement there. Soon they were harvesting American grain, blending it with spring water and distilling whiskey where Buffalo Trace is made today. Buffalo Trace has a complex aroma of vanilla, mint and molasses, a pleasantly sweet taste with notes of brown sugar, spice, oak and leather, and a long, dry finish. It is best enjoyed straight, over ice or in a range of classic cocktails.

(Sweet) A 14 year old combining the sophistication of the Highlands with a touch of the peaty style of the Islands. It is rich and full-bodied with a mellow fruity finish. GLENKINCHIE. (Ladies whisky) Glenkinchie is a soft, sweetly aromatic malt from the 'Garden of Scotland'. Is has a fresh, grassy sweetness balanced with a warming, dryish finish. CRAGGANMORE. (Medium) A 12 year old elegant, sophisticated Speyside with the most complex aroma of any malt. Astonishingly fragrant with sweetish notes and a smoky maltiness on the finish. TALISKER. A bit smoked. A 10 year old and the only malt produced on Skye. Its seaweedy, smoky nose and sweet maltiness is perfectly complimented by its spicy, long finish. DALWHINNIE. A 15 year old gentle, delicate malt from the wild and windswept Highlands. It is subtle, smooth delicately smody malt with a heathery honey finish. LAGAVULIN. (This is Smoked.) Finding words to describe the taste of an average vodka can try the patience and stretch the imagination of the most talented writers. First, it needed the unique skills of Scottish distillers. Then there was the insistence on using only Scottish malted barley and Scottish mountain water. Finally, no suitable method of distillation actually existed - an entirely new procedure had to be invented, and a decidedly un-traditional, quintuple micro-distillation technique had to be evolved, just for them. Valt is the first single malt Scottish vodka in the world. Created with the experience of centuries in the homeland of the most skilful and knowledgeable distillations, Scotland, Valt takes the original art of distillation to a new level. In a unique process using traditional copper pot stills, only 100% Malted barley is used, combined with the pure water of the mighty river Spey.
